I felt safe pretty much the whole time, which was nice, and the place was comfy enough in a good way. It didn’t feel all cramped or stressy. The staff seemed like they knew what they were doing, and getting around was easy. Overall, it was just a relaxed kind of visit...

I didn’t really have to wait around, which was definitely nice. At the same time, the whole experience was so quick that it felt a little hard to judge much beyond that. Overall, convenient, but kind of uneventful.

Had a really good time here. The staff were friendly right from the moment we walked in, and I liked that they explained the rules clearly without turning it into a huge lecture. Little thing, but even the way they pointed out where to put our bags and what to listen for made everything feel easy to follow. Our maze master was brilliant, really funny and good at keeping us moving without just handing us the answers. A couple of parts felt slightly rushed, like we barely had a second to take in what we’d just solved, which is the only reason I’d go with 4 stars. Still, it was a fun day out and I’d definitely go again.

Got in really quickly and check-in was hassle-free, which I appreciated. I’m expecting any promised compensation or credit to be handled just as smoothly.

I’ll be fair, I went in expecting it to be fun but probably a bit gimmicky, and it was way better than I thought it would be. The theming was really strong, and each zone had its own feel with loads of little details that made it easy to forget you were basically in an escape room.
The hosts did a good job of staying in character without overdoing it, which I appreciated because that can get awkward fast. The lights and music added loads to the atmosphere, and we spent most of the time laughing. Even if you’re not a massive fan of the show, I think it’s still a really fun experience and I’d definitely go again...

I went with my work team and overall it was really fun. You definitely have to talk a lot and work together, so it’s better if you’re with people who are comfortable jumping in. A few of the games felt kind of rushed, and a couple people in our group didn’t really get much to do. Still, it was a decent group activity and we had a good time, just maybe not something everyone would be into.

My first impression when booking through the-crystal-maze.com was that the price seemed reasonable for the kind of experience it is. It was easy enough to sort out, and nothing about the booking process felt like a hassle.

It’s not what I’d call cheap, but once you think about it as a group activity and split the cost between everyone, it feels much more worthwhile. Compared with a lot of other things you can do as a group, I felt like we got good value out of it.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I’d have liked to see a few more cheaper time slots available. That said, we all had a really good time, and based on that first impression and the overall experience, I’d definitely consider going again.

We booked this place for a team night out and ended up celebrating a birthday there too. It was fun, easy, and somehow everyone actually enjoyed themselves at a work event, which is basically a miracle. Great spot for a casual group get-together.

The place was clean and mostly well kept, so no real complaints there. A few areas did feel a bit tired, though, and some of the extra little signs/instructions around felt kind of unnecessary.

Booking was easy overall, and the staff were really nice when I had a question. Customer service got back to me quickly and sorted it out, so that part was great. My only complaint is that I felt like I had to put in the same info more than once, which was annoying, and it gets a bit frustrating when you’re doing the same thing over and over. Still, it worked out fine in the end and I’d probably book again...

I was happy with how easy everything was inside. The toilets were clean, the lockers were straightforward to use, and I didn’t have to waste any time figuring things out. Small win for me, since I actually managed to get in, get sorted, and relax for once.

A few clues were a bit vague, like that one bit with the thing we kept going back to, so we got stuck more than we expected. Still, it kept us thinking and having a laugh, and I’d definitely try another one.
